Hollin Hall

Postby bob » Sun Jul 15, 2012 11:24 am

Maybe this will be considered to be outside of the normal area for this website, but to be honest Hollin Hall once stood the same distance from St Petes Church as Bradley Hall and Winwick Church,
Hollin Hall appears to have been demolished for the railroad to Haydock Park racecourse branch, as it is no longer listed on maps after the construction of the railway, but doing an overlay the site now has a few houses on it, But not a lot of info can be gleaned about this old Hall, if anyone comes across any mention of this hall please add it to this post,
Hollin Hall stood close by Asda Golborne, here is a little map showing where it was, along with some yellow dots showing areas of interest on this site over the last few years.
